This is not some starve yourself skinny program. By following the plan that the dietitian has provided, I am constantly loosing weight each week without feeling deprived. I even lost 6 lbs last week while I was traveling, just because I knew what to eat and what to avoid when eating in a restaurant. ... Its a very simple program and you buy all your food at the grocery store. The staff is very professional and supportive. I highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to take control of their health.

Making the choice to come to Total Healthcaremd has changed my life within a span of a month. I have severe PCOS, endometriosis, and other imbalances that make it hard to lose weight. I've lost 20+ lbs since going here and it is so nice because you can opt into and out of whatever fits your needs. ... Their supplements have helped me with my low iron levels and give my body nutritional values while being on a slight deficit. It was amazing to get metabolic result testing, labs, supplements, and the compound shot/vitamin shot to get started. I really love their protein powder and refuse to buy other brands. I will be continuing my journey here because they aren't trying to sell you on just a weight loss shot - they are helping you modify your entire way of thinking about nutrition and your body so that you can make permanent changes with education and sample menus. I never thought I would lose this much already and I'm on track to get back in shape.
